Herein, cotton stalk biomass was initially characterized to understand its physicochemical properties as a raw material for biochar production. Furthermore, thermal analysis conducted using thermogravimetric (TGA), and the results were further utilized evaluate stalk's kinetic behavior under decomposition in an inert environment.
